Chrissi B! chatting about The Diaper Bank and you ...and me!

Nothing, is quite so appealing as a clean baby. Freshly bathed, powdered. Smelling good and wearing a clean diaper.

For many American family's diapers are becoming a luxury. Did you know that? I did not. Lucky for babies, that Joanne Goldblum did! Joanne Goldblum founded The Diaper Bank. A resource for families in need, to get the diapers they need for their babies and toddlers. Silly really. Silly that we have children in this country, our country, who go without basic needs.

Ms. Goldblum's goals are simple:

  • to ensure that families living in poverty have an adequate supply of diapers for their infants and toddlers;

  • to raise community awareness that “basic human needs” include diapers and these needs are not being met for children living in poverty;

  • to advocate for policy reform so that diapers are included in the definition of and provision for the “basic human needs” of families.

Ms. Goldblum and her work have been featured in People Magazine. Highlighted on The Glen Beck show, and in print media of all forms.

The Diaper Bank, is based on the east coast, but their informative website offers insights on how to host your own "Diaper Drive", DONATE FUNDS, or even diapers.

Okay, we can do this. We can help the babies! Donations need not be large to make a difference. We can do this. I know that we can help. Please, visit The Diaper Bank today. thanks ...
