My local grocer had the best peaches this morning. Perfect peaches. I love to warm peaches, add a bit of cinnamon and vanilla and toss over ice cream or layer in champagne flutes with non fat vanilla yogurt.
Searching online for wonderful peach recipes and I came across a find of Grilled Peaches in Wine, from the talented Giada De Laurentiis. I rarely make her foods, but I adore her books and her show is a fun watch on The Food Network.
The Food Network offers several variations for grilled peaches, and all appear quite simple.
If you too find yourself in the produce section of your grocery store this weekend, why not pick up some peaches and hit the net for a new recipe or two? ..enjoy!
